Cut a 12 x 12 piece of paper into 4 pieces of 5x7
NEED: One (1) 12x12 Piece of paper and a paper trimmer that you can see how far you have cut into your paper.
1. TRIM off the strip with the paper name/bar code if not already done.
2. PLACE your paper into your trimmer at the 5” mark AND align your paper with the side of the blade
holder that starts with ZERO.
3. MOVE your blade to the side that starts at ZERO.
4. FIND the 7” mark on the blade holder.
5. You will be cutting from ZERO and to SEVEN. Cut your paper ONLY 7 inches and STOP!
6. LIFT the blade/holder and carefully move the blade back to the starting point. (Zero)
7. TURN your paper 90 degrees / clock-wise to the next side.
8. Line your paper up at the 5” mark and REPEAT steps 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
9. Repeat until all 4 sides have had a cut.
Voila! You now have 4 pieces of 5x7 paper and a 2x2 square from the middle!
