12 Tags of 2013 February Tag

I had a hard time starting this tag. I didn't have the blueprint stamps or the embossed cardstock. Then I found this stamp with the heart balloons, and I had the Valentine's texture fade folder. I love using the Distress Markers to create the water color effects. 
I stamped and cut an additional heart. Then I used the chit chat stickers to create the accent. I covered it with two layers of Glossy Accents.  I attached them with various sizes of pop dots.  The ribbon is created with the tissue tape. I will probably be using this in other projects.

Pop 'n Cuts Valentine Card
